Company culture & goose bumps?

While I was browsing my library of photos and videos, I found a piece that really felt close to the heart.

You see, during Covid, I recorded a lot of videos. Some of them were part of different internal newsletters; some were just for my own teams. I put a lot of effort into keeping in touch with my colleagues, and this was part of that effort.

Looking back, I almost can’t believe how well my family and I managed during Covid and how well work life was experienced despite the global pandemic.

Anyway, to the point, I found this video which I recorded in our garden. Focusing on the Testament of a furniture dealer and the importance of Älmhult when you work at IKEA. This video only contains public information, so I have chosen to include it here.

And yes, I still get goosebumps. Enjoy!
